Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please follow the steps:

1. Fill in the return form you received with your new order and give us the info needed. Please, pay attention to the form description as you need to be super descriptive for either choice.In case you missed the return form you may download it from the links below: Return Form

2. Then pack it up by using the original received package and return it in a 14-day space from your purchase date.

You are free to use any postal service you prefer (shipping fees are covered by you) or use one of our recommended methods below for easier shipping.

3. As soon as we receive it we'll proceed to the fulfilment of your request. 
Once it's completed we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about the process. Don’t forget to check your junk mail from time to time, as sometimes our emails have the tendency to land in there. 

Important Note: Please ensure that all the original tags are attached on the item and the item is clean, including your original order receipt or packing slip.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Για την αποστολή της επιστροφής σας μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε την ACS COURIER.

Επισκέπτεστε το πλησιέστερο κατάστημα της περιοχής σας και προχωράτε σε αποστολή με χρέωση παραλήπτη (ΧΠ).

Η σταθερή χρέωση για την αποστολή και διαχείριση της επιστροφής είναι στα 4,00€ και θα αφαιρεθεί απο το τελικό ποσό επιστροφής σας.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

In case you used a payment gateway (PayPal, Debit/Credit Card, Klarna etc.) the amount will be automatically refunded through the method you used.
If it was Cash On Delivery method you'll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 3-6 days to complete (Your IBAN is needed in that case).

*In case of a Gift Card we cannot make a refund, you can make an exchange instead. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lovenature15@hotmail.com.

*If the product you purchased is on sale or discounted, it is not eligible for a refund. You may only exchange it for another product or receive a store credit voucher.

*Για προϊόντα που βρίσκονται σε έκπτωση δε γίνεται επιστροφή χρημάτων. Μπορείτε είτε να ανταλλάξετε το προϊόν με κάποιο άλλο είτε να ζητήσετε πιστωτικό κωδικό με το ποσό αγοράς. Σε κάθε περίπτωση επιβαρύνεστε με τα έξοδα της νέας αποστολής.
